Biographie
Formée en cinéma d'animation à l'ESAAT à Roubaix, Célia Tisserant complète son apprentissage grâce à une formation d'un an (la FCIL de l'ESAAT) en alternance aux Films du Nord en 2016-2017. Elle y travaille alors auprès de Nicolas Liguori sur le film Le Vent dans les roseaux, avant de développer et de signer son premier court métrage, en coréalisation avec Célia Tocco, La Tortue d'or, sorti en salles en février 2019 dans le programme de courts métrages « Les Ritournelles de la Chouette ». Elle réalise en 2019 son second court métrage Le Petit Poussin roux et, en 2020, et coréalise son premier moyen métrage avec Arnaud Demuynck, Dame Saisons. En 2021 et 2022, elle poursuit avec la réalisation de deux courts métrages adaptés des albums de Mireille d'Allancé, Grosse Colère et Quand j'avais peur du noir.
Biography
After obtaining a DMA at the ESAAT, Célia Tisserant earned a place on the FCIL course proposed by the school, which gave her the opportunity to study animation in more depth while gaining professional experience, working part-time at Les Films du Nord in 2016-2017. This additional year of study enabled her to work with Nicolas Liguori on his film The Wind in the Reeds, before developing and directing her first short film, The Golden Tortoise, co-directed with Célia Tocco. The short film is part of the Cinema Owl Program, The Owl's Jingles, released on february 2019 in France and Belgium.
As well as co-directing the film, she got involved with the management and organizational side of film production, while also contributing to the animation work.
Supporting the film's release, she meets the young audiences. She makes her second short film The red little Chick in 2019, and she co-directs her 1st middle film Dame Saisons with Arnaud Demuynck in 2020.
In 2021 and 2022, she developed the production of two short films adapted from Mireille d'Allancé's albums, The Big Tantrum and When i was scared of the dark.
